Hey folks, yup me again!
I mentioned the other day that Jukebox Jury will be live at the Edinburgh Fringe this year. There is sooooo much to prep for this! There are deadlines for everything..... making sure the show gets included in the Printed Fringe guide, making sure the Venue is secured and is 100% ours, Print deadlines for flyers and posters and OUTSIDE posters (which are super super expensive). As well as trying to order bits and pieces for props ( I want this show to be as interactive as possible for the audience). Buying new tech to ensure we can live stream it all too!
It all costs money and because of all the deadlines..... TIME is short!
I'm really loathed to ask this, I hate asking for help..... but I set up another donation pool, if anyone would like to try to chip in to help make it all happen. It's the same target as before and we raised 12% the first time. The target of £1500 doesn't cover all of the costs involved, but it should help with buying some posters and flyers to promote the show. As well as some of the venue costs.
This show is part of the FREE fringe festival, so I won't be recouping any costs from ticket sales...... but it does mean that the show is accessible for everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. Helping out with costs at this stage is a little bit like paying for a ticket I guess..... if you want to look at it that way.
